Welcome to the website of David Steidle, Attorney at Law.  Please use this website as a convenient tool to research areas of the law about which you may have questions.  If you cannot find what you are looking for here, it does not mean that I don’t handle those cases.  Law has many categories and subcategories and it would be impossible to cover them all here.  When questions arise, give me a call or drop by.  I am conveniently located next to the Roanoke City Court House and I am always ready to help. I serve clients in both state and federal courts throughout  Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Salem, Lynchburg, Smith Mountain Lake, the New River Valley, Bedford and all surrounding areas. My experience as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney and Public Defender in the region has lent familiarity and given me the resources to represent clients in all types of legal challenges.
